GlexTech's main offices are situated in Copenhagen, Denmark, which due to the newly built bridge "Øresundsbroen" is only a few minutes' drive away from the Swedish city of Malmoe. This means that GlexTech is situated centrally in Northern Europe with easy access to the rest of Europe, including the Baltic countries.

GlexTech was founded and is owned by Mr. Lars Frederiksen and Mr. Søren Æ. Mikkelsen, both having many years of experience in the area of exhaust systems as they for nearly a decade have been the initial carrying forces of a well established international company supplying exhaust systems based on a unique technology. As a consequence of the success with this company, GlexTech was founded in order to exploit further business opportunities in the field of consultancy.
